Marche IGP Passerina

Tasting

Passerina is one of the autocthonous white grapes from Marche region, recently rediscovered and widely spread in Italy thanks to its single-variety vinification and to the selection of the best clones made in the vineyards over the last years. The result is a very pleasurable product, aromatic, with a good acidity, perfect for people who want to taste an agreeable wine, easy to drink. Our Marche IGP Passerina is refined in stainless steels for a very short time and can be tasted in the same vintage of its production; this aspect is especially appreciated by young wine consumers.
