Cantina Offida has always believed in the production of quality sparkling wines, made with autocthonous grapes. Since Passerina is a grape with good acidity, an earlier harvest makes it very suitable to produce quality sparkling wines. Passerina BRUT is produced with long Charmat Martinotti method, that gives the wine a very good body, fragrance and ripe fruit notes, also noticeable by its pale yellow color.
